Identified - An issue has been found with our network operator which is preventing calls being transferred from our Australian number to our therapy call center. We are working with the network operate to get this resolved.
At this time the issue is limited only to Phone Based therapy bookings made via the 1800 Number. Crisis and other phone based services remain available.
